Client Services Account Manager London SE16
£23,000-£25,000 Shifts rotate on a weekly basis between 10am - 6pm and 2pm - 10pm.
Our client is a highly regarded international logistics provider with an unrivalled reputation for service delivery, offering a broad suite of international courier, mail and logistics solutions to a variety of clients across central London. They wish to recruit and experienced Client Services Account Manager, who will be responsible for all arrangements being made to ensure distribution is carried out 100% accurately for all clients from first knowledge of a pending job to invoicing and reporting where required. You will answer telephone calls and take messages, deal with queries and solve problems effectively. You will provide quotations, attend client meetings when required and ensure our clients are satisfied at all times. You will be required to liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure a high standard of service is provided.
An ideal candidate will be confident, flexible, reliable, numerate and literate with a good attitude to hard work. Candidates will be required to use various computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook as well as our internal systems for which training will be provided. A good telephone manner is essential as is the ability to provide clear communication by email. Candidates should show initiative and work well under pressure. Previous experience in a client facing role is preferred.
