Role & Responsibilities

* Lead Solutioning & Pre-Sales efforts for global deals including responsible for driving Revenue growth across competitive and sole-source pursuits
* Provides demonstrable expertise in S2P - helping win new deals, coach and mentor existing account teams to move along the service value chain, provide consulting depth to customers in the S2P space
* Ensure quality and adequate thought leadership in Solutions - Create IP and original artifacts that would feed into continually improving solution qualities
* Proactive proposal building
* Setting up the right RFX infrastructure
* Ability to manage Solutions that require Sourcing/Category Intelligence and Technology platforms - creating the optimal techno-commercial constructs
* Benchmark solutions with leading Industry Best practices and measurement systems to monitor efficiency of the Solution Teams and effectiveness of responses

Qualifications Required:

* Strong understanding of procurement processes/systems and technology, in particular Sourcing, eProcurement. eSourcing, e-Auctions, Contract Databases and transaction "eProcurement" catalogue systems
* At least 10 years of experience; ideally within consulting
* Past experience in leading Procurement operations/processes for large global client as a Solution Architect
* Proven track record of driving change in people and processes, with strong project management, implementation and process improvement skills
* Consultative skills and structured thought process, Creative thinking/innovative mindset
* Ability to engage senior client management on offerings, emerging issues in focus sectors, lead project scope discussions and provide insightful recommendations across the S2P spectrum
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to build strong partnerships, works and communicates well with all levels of leadership (both client & internal)
* Ability to work in matrix organisation and across global cross functional teams
* Ability to travel to client locations as needed (average 50-60%)

Education Qualification & Experience:

* BS/BA degree, Masters ideal
* MCIPS desirable
